The Bitcoin Spot ETF gains more steam, even though the SEC has rejected it multiple times.

Professor Robert E. Whaley, developer of the Volatility Index $VIX has submitted a letter to @SECGov strongly endorsing the application to convert $GBTC into a spot bitcoin ETP, noting that #Bitcoin is a new and useful asset class.
